New Client: Calor

Nexus451 is delighted to announce that Calor have chosen us to be their integration partner for a number of projects during 2008/09. Initially we will be designing and developing Calor’s customer extranet, integrating with their CRM via XML to display information to their customers. The extranet will display data via real time charting systems and allow for PDFs to be created from statement records as well as online ordering, bill paying and transaction histories. We will be working closely with Calor’s IT partners to develop an integrated solution which will provide customers with relevant information to their account and present it in a way which is clear and simple to understand.
New Client: FBD Brokers

FBD Brokers, part of the FBD group, have contracted Nexus451 to develop an integrated solution which will allow their clients retrieve and display information relevant to their business across a secure environment. As part of this integration project Nexus451 will also be designing a new public-facing website, creating a distinctive brand identity which will then be carried through to secure client accessed areas.

New Client: GAB Robins

GAB Robins has contracted Nexus451 to develop an extranet of it’s claim system. The system shall allow client to access details of claims being handled by GAB Robins’ adjusters via the web. The system heralds the start of a strategy to use the web to deliver improved customer service and where possible speed up the process of claim handling.
